II Using this Handbook
This handbook is intended to provide some general guidance to School Planning Councils in doing their work. It cannot and will not provide answers to every question or problem that might emerge in the life of the SPC.
Rather, it is expected to grow and develop as SPCs grow and develop, reflecting the nature of education itself.
