POINT OF ORIGIN: Effective July 1, 2010
Heather Street and Francis Road. North along Heather Street (eastside inclusive) to Granville Avenue; East along Granville Avenue (south side inclusive) to Number Four Road; South along Number Four Road (west side inclusive) to Blundell Road; East along Blundell Road (south side inclusive) to the extension of Shell Road; South along the extension of Shell Road to the extension of Francis Road; West along the extension of Francis Road to Francis Road; West along Francis Road (north side inclusive) to the point of origin.
Board Resolution 013/2010
BE IT RESOLVED THAT effective July 1, 2010, residents living in the area between Granville Avenue on the north and Francis Road in the south and the west side of Heather Street extending to Garden City Road be included in the Garden City Elementary catchment area;
AND FURTHER THAT this be a, "phased-in", boundary change such that children of any resident currently living in the affected areas as of June 30, 2008 be permitted to attend either DeBeck or Garden City Elementary Schools;
AND FURTHER THAT any new elementary-age students moving into the area after June 30, 2010, be required to attend Garden City Elementary School.
