No. 3 Road and Francis Road. East on Francis Road (south side inclusive) to Garden City Road; South on Garden City Road (west side inclusive) to Williams Road; East on Williams Road (inclusive) to No. 4 Road; South on No. 4 Road (west side inclusive) to Steveston Highway; West on Steveston Highway (inclusive) to No. 3 Road; North on No. 3 Road (east side inclusive) to the point of origin. (Effective July 1, 1997)

The designated elementary feeder schools for McRoberts Secondary school are:

• Bridge, Lee (West of Garden City Rd. – westside inclusive)
• Whiteside

As per Board Resolution 054/2004 (Effective July 1, 2004)

THAT a new secondary French Immersion program be initiated at McMath Secondary School commencing September 2004 with Grade 8 and expanding by adding one grade level per year until a full 8-12 program is established;

AND FURTHER THAT the catchment area for the new secondary French Immersion program at McMath Secondary School consist of the catchment areas for Blair, Byng, Diefenbaker, Dixon, Gilmore, Grauer, Homma, McKay, McKinney, Quilchena, Spul’u’kwuks, Steves, Thompson, Westwind and Wowk Elementary Schools;

AND FURTHER THAT the catchment area for the existing secondary French Immersion program at McRoberts Secondary School consist of the catchment areas for all other elementary schools in Richmond;

AND FURTHER THAT the McRoberts Secondary be designated as "full" in terms of application of the Student Placement Policy to both the Regular and French Immersion programs, and that cross-boundary applications are therefore not to be accepted
