School District No. 38 (Richmond) is an exciting, multicultural, educational organization that provides public education for 22,000 students K-12 and boasts the highest graduation rates in BC. Human Resources provides support to over three thousand employees – all of whom play an important role in educating the learners in Richmond Schools. Because “our focus is on the learner”, it is our responsibility to attract, hire and assist dedicated employees who share in our purpose.
